Joining the beta list does not give this website access to your computer, phone, speakers, microphone, or music.

Beta signup

We store your email, consent, computer, phone, and speaker choice. We use those answers to decide which SpeakerSheesh apps work with your computer and phone.

Links from ads can tell us which ad brought you here. We save that information with your signup and mark our own tests separately.

Link and test details

Links may include utm_source, utm_campaign, or utm_content. We store those values so we know where a signup came from. The value speakersheesh_qa=1 marks our own test signups.

Site analytics

We count page views, demo use, form starts, and completed signups. Signup counts can include your selected computer and phone categories. We do not send your email address to analytics.

We do not use session recordings or third-party ad trackers. Beta-page analytics use a temporary page-visit ID. The speaker-tuning signup page uses the short-lived form cookie described below. The service that counts these actions does not store your IP address, browser-identification string, audio, music, or device identifiers.

Calibration recordings

During calibration, the phone sends recordings to the computer through an encrypted local connection. SpeakerSheesh deletes raw recordings when the run ends, fails, or is cancelled. You can choose to keep an encrypted copy for troubleshooting.

Your saved room settings (Room Profiles), measurements, listening choices, and test files stay on your computer. SpeakerSheesh does not upload the music used for listening tests.

Price-visible signups

If you use the speaker-tuning signup page, we also store your country, the price you acknowledged, the offer version, and your submission time. We use your email and setup to contact you about access. Signing up records your interest, not a purchase or license.

A first-party form cookie lasts up to 48 hours and connects that visit to your request. It does not contain your email. We keep this offer’s records separate from the beta list so repeat requests cannot rewrite which offer you saw. No email or audio is sent to an ad platform.
